When it came to designing the shirt, we could have chosen any pattern, but we opted for the kuffiyeh because it symbolizes resistance. As IsNotReal attempts to erase and appropriate Palestinian culture, it is our responsibility to preserve and uphold our culture, even in the realm of fashion.
